Big PSINet order APR 6, 1998, M2 Communications - Computer Sciences Corp has signed a US$8.5m outsourcing contract with Health Partners of Arizona in a deal covering technology and processing services over five years that could be worth up to US$19m. Lucent Technologies has been contracted by Hewlett-Packard to deploy China's first SYSTIMAX GigaSPEED end-to-end cabling solutions for HP's new headquarters in Beijing under a US$1.5m contract. EconoPhone Inc has signed a two-year agreement with Nortel to purchase Nortel's DMS-Global Services Platform which will be used to provide EconoPhone with a network for new international service expansion.
