Don,
Its about 70 beans plus the government per month. You need trader,Realtime quotes and Market Depth. I have been checking it out as well. If I am going to do this seriously I guess I'll have to spend the money. A cost of doing business I guess. However since some of my mutual funds clients have stock as well, and they have asked me to keep an EYE on it for them, I'll have to write it off as a business expense.:)
