Now, I'm not saying you have to believe this (there are certainly plenty of reasons to doubt it), but I did see the EB product when I was in San Diego. I'll be the first to admit I'm not the person to see if you need help in your software department, but I do believe it was a total product that I saw and not just a smoke screen. Therefor, I really do believe the EB product is real... the problem is the time it is taking for upgrades--specifically the difficulty with the upgrading process. I'm certainly not cheerleading, as I am as disappointed as everyone else on this thread.... I'm just trying to lend some facts to the situation. regards, greg
