If GRNO had the power to choose by having cash in the bank, I think I would be inclined to work on moving the company. Then when it looks like it could happen, I would go to DHEC, the news media, the chamber of commerce, and to whomever would listen and say, "DHEC, hand over the permit now or we and our jobs are gone."
