In addition to Barbara's response (we both were at the Annual Meeting), much of TSIS's programming has already been done. Think in terms of a WordPerfect macro. It does the same thing over and over again, but *following the current instructions*. In other words, to bring on another InvestorReach client with all the current bells and whistles, the software already has been written. All they need to do is to configure it up for the specific needs of the company. This is a gross oversimplification I reckon, but it illustrates why the President said he could double the revenues with a 10% increase in costs.


Also, the programming appears to be very scaleable, meaning one can add equipment in increments, as needed.
