Messianic Judaism is the correct term and is made up of people from all walks of life. We believe Yeshua was the fulfillment of the OT and the revelation of God Himself through Him. We do not exclude anyone and have a denomination like being Catholic, Baptist, Methodist etc.. I am sure if anyone were to post from a different denomination than Emile they would get allot of the same talk. Honestly I give the GOOD NEWS every chance I get with sincerity and trust God to save the world and believe He is sovereign and will not let any who will believe perish. So many people perceive God as a human and as He said in Isaiah "As far as the Heavens are above the earth are my ways above your ways". Thus the need for faith enters into the whole thing we have to believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God or there is nothing. Can a God that is sovereign let His Word be translated incorrectly? The problem is, Jesus said that there are stumbling blocks in the Word and it is how people understand the scriptures that reveals what is in their heart and they are being tried by the fire of God to remove the impurities and set them free.
Understanding is mentioned in the Bible many times along with wisdom and knowledge, that is why I think we have denominations they are parts of the body of Messiah as Paul said, so we can learn to understand people were they are in their life not to put them down with impatience or pride. Somehow I know He will save people that never hear about Him and I really don't need to know how I just trust in His righteousness and the greatness of His wisdom. Anyone that hears and refuses Him I believe He will keep gently knocking on the door of their heart all their days. Love has many types and levels and He is stern at times but only for the benefit of men for He is not self seeking. Even though we are all under the age of grace and Messiah we still die for the sin of Adam and Eve, I thought about this and think that the order it takes to place a Universe in place and keep all atoms and matter together must be a strong order and even though He desires Mercy, He is the strength of the Universe as well and there are rules to hold that order together. I do not have many opinions on the topics discussed on this thread lately for it dawned on me that none of us totally know for the law is a personal matter. When we start deciding on where people need to be with God we become Pharisees. All I can say is what is wrong for my life from my understanding of scriptures and share that some things may be hurtful to people and may cause a seperation from God for He is Holy and that is part of His peace and character and I don't think anyone wants that to change.
