I agree with all the discussions on the fundamentals on EMC. From a sheer technical view point - EMC started going downhill from 27 to 18 way before the high tech sector started its correction. This means that if high tech stocks go down, EMC is also going to go far below 18 Also, EMC gapped down twice(a bad sign) - once in the middle of July and the other towards the end of August. You have to look at a chart for this. I am going to wait for a base building phase before I get in.
