They require the stock to close above $14
for 5 consecutive days.
They expire December 31, 1998 which means
they have PLENTY of time
to push the stock up before then. Since
they just got lot's of cash
from the $7 warrents last month, there is
NO REASON TO HOLD WAVO.
I am SELLING my WAVO TODAY, to lock in the
recent gains, and will
BUY BACK at a lower price BEFORE the Win'98
Launce this coming June.
We know of investment road shows and other
trade shows till then, but
few of them actually lift the stock. The
only thing that will lift the
stock again is if a Third house starts to
cover this stock, and they
probably won't initiate new coverage until
the stock ALREADY IS DOWN
off it's recent highs. So my advice is to
SELL NOW, and buy back in <$11.

This is just my opinion, or course. I hope
whatever decision other investors make on
this stock is a profitable one. Good Luck.
