That is the announcement by the VSE accepting and granting the options for the new CEO, Mr. Rieder. As for the volume and stock price, NRT traded up on heavy volume and mystery. The last couple days of trading have been quieter but NRT is still holding strong at this level. As we get closer a formal announcement the volumes and share value increase will come back.
