The recent developments for BANY hint at good times ahead. I must admit, however, that I am leary of the whole hardcase thing. Everybody I know stuff's so much sh*t in their laptop cases that paper is literally bursting out the seams. A hardshell case would prevent this and bring us back to the hardshell briefcase days. Also stuffing a hardshell case overhead or under a seat is probably more difficult for the travelling business execs that hardshell cases seem most suitable to market to.

I am not trying to bash BANY. I simply always try to take the negative approach before I buy stock.

Anyway, I recognize the value BANY brings to goverment agencies, especially the military, and I am considering a purchase of BANY stock. I have a few questions for those of you who are knowledgable of such things.
1.) Has the float changed on BANY? Has there been any more stock sold by the company?
2.) Has the company had or have any plans to have an audit done to properly value the company?
3.) Why do you believe a company with sales of $3-$5 million dollars is worth a $3 dollars a share? with 4 million shares outstanding thats a $12 million market cap and a price/sales of 4.0. Seems a bit high to me. Perhaps $1, maybe $2 a share.

I suppose this thread is to share ideas and info, so convince me to buy into BANY.

Regards to all,

Rob
