Ken, Brian, If one was really interested I would suggest talking to the locals. It might take a dark rum or two to get em talking. Two of the finest golf courses in canada are within and hour of Cheticamp - The Bell Bay course as well as the Ingonish Highland course _ Ranked #1 in Canada by Golf magazine last year.

Anyway, I hear from the old timers that they think that that land has lots of riches. How do they know - I have no idea maybe just wishful thinking maybe more to the story.
