<<If you are able to show some experiment which has demonstrated non causal behaviour in any process, I would have my jaw on the floor. I simply cannot believe in magic, Santa or a Dog Theory when ALL around me conflicts with those ideas. But I ashamedly have to admit that it is a mystical belief grounded in horrendously limited experience and knowledge.>>

John Galt does not create belief systems, but rather allows his own knowledge systems to evolve. John Galt is far removed from the mystical realm you purport.

John Galt favors the Copenhagen interpretation of quantum mechanics, under which qm indeterminacy (true randomness) is fundamental and not just a product of human limitations. Most modern day physicists agree on this point.

We are, nevertheless, as scientists, in the business of studying causal relationships. However, because something is random or
nondeterministic does not mean it is not knowable as anyone who has
studied statistical mechanics would know. As well, there is a whole
area of theoretical computer science devoted to studying non-deterministic automata.

Does anyone have a floor scraper to scrape up that jawbone?
