Risky, todays action will make IRS rich as far as y2k stocks are concerned. A lot of short term profits. CBSL,and SEEC are so far untouched. I am ready to buy TAVA and CMND at these levels even I may have to average it down. I sold some SYNT to raise cash for some buys.
