Maybe SFAM will tradeoff in sympathy.

I would even welcome a preannouncement as I want to own more of this company and missed my opportunity after their recent conference call.

As far as AMAT taking market share, I think IPEC has been the main victim of AMAT and particularly SFAM. Last data shows IPEC with 38%, SFAM with 30%, and AMAT with 6% market share. CMP is also considered to be one of the fastest growing segments of the business.
