Bingo! Hackworth holds very few actual shares, but many options which are probably priced at peenines, so if the stock price falls to $7 he can still cash out at a nice profit. Interesting how 3 years ago CRUS was selling at a price 1/100 of the DJIA. And now, CRUS is selling at 1/1000 of the DJIA. Great work if you can get it.
