Edit: Found their home page thanks to a press release mentioned early in this thread. Doing some more legwork.

Are we talking about the same company?
I thought this company's most computer-related activity was in the acquisition of a single Internet Service Provider.
I'm finally getting around to doing a bit of DD on this one, and not finding much. They don't appear to be a reporting company, so it appears their news releases are all we have to go on.
What I am finding is not making me feel too warm and fuzzy at present. They seem to be involved in two completely unrelated activities, which I usually view as a red flag.
Home Health Care is fine, but I'm very dubious about their intentions to do anything in the Internet Provider industry. It's too late in the game for anyone but the existing big players, IMO. It worries me that they may be one of those companies who knows nothing about computers, but has heard that the internet is the place to be. Or, worse yet, that the internet is a buzzword that is popular with shareholders.
At first, I was upset that the MMs appeared to be completely controlling activity in this stock, especially with the monstrous spread. However, now that I'm finally getting around to doing the DD I should've done long ago (before buying at .625 and adding more at $1.00), I can see why the MMs want to play it this way.
There appears to be absolutely nothing verifiable here.
Dunno. Holding, though.
Dissenting views? Do we really know anything about this company outside of what Undervalued Dog and CCGI's press releases have told us? I can't even find a phone number for the company. |
