The thread has been very quiet for almost a month as the share price has inched up. The announcement today about a stock protection plan concerns me. It appears that certain shareholders will have the right to sell their shares at twice the price of common in the event of an "adverse" acquisition of 10% or more shares. Can anyone elaborate on the impact of the this plan?
