VERONEX I|NOVA TOOLSET NOW LISTED AS A YEAR 2000 READY TOOL ON IBM WEBSITE
The Board of Directors of VERONEX TECHNOLOGIES, INC. ("Veronex") (OTCBB:VXTK) today announced that its I|NOVA toolset has been accepted by IBM as a Year 2000 Ready Vendor Tool. Veronex' I|NOVA toolset is now listed on the IBM website under Solutions-Year 2000. This new arrangement with IBM allows all of IBM customers to have access to the I|NOVA toolset via the IBM website. The new relationship with IBM will allow Veronex to expose its I|NOVA toolset technology to all interested IBM computer owners. Current estimates are that there are in excess of 2,000,000 IBM main frame computers in service that may be affected by the Y2k problem. Current estimates for repairing the Y2k problem now exceed one trillion dollars.

Aside from being able to issue a misleading press release from your Board of Directors about a perceived contractual relationship with IBM, just what good is an IBM web site listing? Well, suppose you are looking for information on Y2K tools. Suppose you link to IBM's web site and finally end up at the year 2000 page. How long would it take to be "exposed" to Veronix's listing? VXTK also has joined 11,000 others and become an ITAA listed company. ITAA, like IBM, has a well-earned reputation for doing quality work. If you search through the list of member companies, you will also note that VentureTech 2000 is listed. Recall that VentureTech is comprised of individuals from Global Mining Consultants, a firm recently sued for fraud by the FTC, and is VXTK's "other" strategic relationship.
