The warrants excersise at 7 dollars, which means 1 warrant + $7.00 will get you a share of stock. not a very attractive deal right now. But, as the stock goes higher(which it will) the warrants will become more and more active once it gets close to and passes $7.00 If the common was $10.00, you would expect the warrant to be somewhere between $3.00 and $4.00 They can be an excellent leverage play along with the common.
The expiration date simply means they will expire, sometime in January 2003, I believe.
