I Have Doubts.

BCE is listed on both Canadian and foreign stock exchanges. Because of its Canadian listings, it counts as Canadian content in an RRSP.

FORMF is not inter-listed with a Canadian exchange. I don't have my broker stmt with me, but I seem to recall that Investorline is treating it as foreign content. Will check.
