Michael, I tend to agree, that the value was/is in the technical aspects of the arrangement, although I don't remember the size of the investment. Also, since I think we're going to see FDJA's name up in the lights a lot(even if I can't spell it) and it certainly won't hurt SIII to be mentioned in same the breath.
