Do you honestly think the SEC would waste their time on your complaint? First, unless the PWSP et al are brokers they ain't gonna even look into it.
Second, even if a Ken Starr type has gotten into the SEC, when they check the site out, it is DISCLAIMERed to the max.

Give it up. They won't do anything, 'cause there is nothing to do.
