Dave,

I have been a part of small companies that have performed successfull mergers and acquisitions, and they have always had a timeframe for execution that is defined up front and for the most part, met. Delays yes, but delays on top of delays on top of delays... no.

I'm not expecting overnight, but face it, on Myriad, "overnight" was a couple months ago. I guess the thing I'm having the most difficulty with is the fact that we never got audited financials... There was a time back in the days of .28-.34 when audited financials were gonna make this stock rock 'n roll. At that time there was TREMENDOUS shareholder pressure on Ira to deliver. He went through a series of "projections" and then finally started committing to dates. And every date he committed to went by and he cited a new date... then, just as shareholder frustration was reaching the boiling point, there was a sudden flurry of activity that started with Morton Downey, followed closely by Myriad, and then finally, ATXI and NASDAQ dreams. All of these things have created all sorts of excitement and, frankly, almost a sideshow atmosphere to the followers here, but throughout, I have been disturbed by the fact that the demand for financials (IMO, the single most important piece of factual info that the shareholders could get their hands on) has fallen by the wayside. Yes, I understand that the financials must include material changes of significance that occurred after the close of the reporting period, but way back when the cry was for audited financials, Myriad was not yet material, and ATXI was just a gleam in Ira's eye... why were the financials not released then??

"Be comfortable with your own DD and make your own decisions" you all say, and I agree, but part of my DD involves this public forum and the airing of my concerns to other investors who may help me get a better grasp of the situation.

I'm concerned that Ira's entire contribution to the value of this stock so far (aside from his obviously bullish position and charismatic nature) is a string of promises with as yet, no verifiable evidence of success.

Not a career naysayer, just frustrated and hoping Ira is listening. I'll go back to lurking now.
