the scoop on KTWOW mechanics .. 7/2001 redeemable @ .05 per warrant if the closing price of the common is withing 140% of the effective exercise price $7.50 for 20 consecutive days. In other words, $10.50 for 20 consecutive days. The conversion can only take place after the 20 day/140% stipulation is fulfilled. Joe PTG&LI !!!
