Hi, thanks for responding. Hardly anyone on SI will comment on BOST
or ENBX and some of the people on the Yahoo BOST thread don't
appear to be too emotionally stable.
I know that I am just guessing, but under my scenario BOST would sell
its majority stake in ENBX to a single buyer. I don't think that they
would or could sell all their shares into the open market.
Once free of BOST and its negative press ENBX could rise or fall
on its own merits or even be completely bought out by whoever buys
Bostons 52%.
Could BOST then use the proceeds to complete the purchase of remaining
Bost Stores, close the losers and streamline their operations?
I know these are a lot of ifs, but I don't see any reason that they
could not pull it off,if they even moderately get their act together.
