Incredible! They were assuring me repeatedly over the last few months that they planned to start using BusinessWire. I also called Barry twice today to try to speak to anyone about the rumor last night of financials being filed, and his reply was that they would be filed when they would be filed and that the rumor last night was nothing more than a rumor. Interesting, since I thought it was said to have originated from within the company. It just keeps getting worse and worse. :( I no longer have any kind of rapport with Barry, so hope someone else is able to talk to him on the phone with him maintaining at least an air of pseudo-civility. Perhaps "Peanut", who seems to know so much about this company, can try to enlighten us poor (and getting poorer) fools....
