re License: >Wake up! CVUS pledged its license a long time ago to J P Morgan. Do you that anyone would lend CVUS money that was unsecured by the license? Not as clear as all that. Given all the issues surrounding the C block licensees in chapter 7 or 11, and the ownership of those licenses, I don't think that they make great security. These are 10 year licenses, at the whim of the FCC with renewal expectations and ownership restrictions. Also haven't I seen the Morgan stuff described as unsecured? In relation to this financing I agree with the points raised in a lot of these posts. Until SH steps aside and the Hovnanians give up voting control the whole thing looks locked up...
