Hi,
In response to how does a stock end up in the pinks or on the bulletin board. They don't meet the requirements of a Nasdaq listing! Requirements include a stock being 1.00 per share or stockholder equity at 2 million. There is no reason to think Innovo would fall under those minimums. The stock has been over $2.00 and as low as .09 cents. AS long as they meet the other requirements, they will be OK. At this point, they do.!
