Maybe I misunderstood the news releases, but I grabbed this quote from one... "under the terms of the agreement, each of GNT's common shares will be converted into 0.9165 of a share of CNC common stock, based on CNC's closing price on April 6." That should mean that it doesn't matter what price CNC is at now or later because its locked in by yesterday's closing price - Of course the market does not seem to be treating it that way... Jim
