It would take too long to explain the shell game to ya Jim. As far as how long I have been trading...all I can do is laugh. I know not all companies go up on news. Fact is you buy on rumor and sell on news. But when it comes to a penny stock you can toss the rules out the window. I would suggest you read some books on how companies (penny) buy defunct companies that are authorized to sell shares on the open market and use the shell to fleece investors. Does this mean CSHK is doing that? NO! But it is starting to smell bad to me.
