I have many stocks that trade exclusively on Nasdaq, FORMF, DSLGF, SIMWF in my RRSP a/c. GreenLine shows all of them under canadian stocks holding. Not counted towards foreign holdings at all. A co. would be treated canadian depending on where it is registered, where it's HO is and where the co. files it's taxes as supposed to whether it is listed on canadian or us exchanges.
