Josef, Key points:

1) In 1997, Wonderware shipped approximately 1200 units of their Factory Suite product. (This is directly from Wonderware's SEC filings). It is very unlikely that Wonderware has shipped the original 15,000 CDs from TAVA ... much less needs another 20,000 units in '98. No surprise that Wonderware, in Mr. Jenkins words, is "behind in their deployment of those disks"<G>!!!!

2) The list price of Factory Suite ($9,950) did not change ("at no additional cost") with the limited "assessment phase" version of TAVA's PlantY2K One product. I sincerely doubt TAVA is getting much more than publicity from their Wonderware agreement.
