Jim, when I checked the UCC filings for CVUS a couple of weeks ago I did not find any filings either for Morgan or encumbering the license. As the license is probably a general intangible under the UCC, if someone had a security interest in the license it should have shown up on the UCC search. Have you seen something to the contrary? Ken.
