Art just called me back. Here are some of the questions steve wanted answered plus my own. Q1. Are we still looking positive about the financing? I heard financing is coming end of April. Is this still happening according to company timeline. A. Same answer as last time. Can come at any time. Dealing with the french the proposals have to be translated which takes time. Nothing concrete. Q2. I heard there is suppose to be a name change from Venture Tech to E-Casinos. Is that true? A. Not important enough to be asked. Q3. Is Venture Tech still planning on being live first half of 1998 like it has said all along? A. All depends on when they get financing. Q4. How many employees is it going to take to get operation going? What type of building or facility will this business be run out of? When is the hiring taking place? A. need $ first 5. When financing is set and hardware is purchased does Art want to move the stock to level of NASDAQ? A. of course 6. Is it still reasonable to see a 2,000,000 profit for 1998. A. Not 2,000,000 for 1998. Still can show a profit if financing comes in soon. Q7 Will stocks be issued to financing company. A. Most probable Q8 How much $ are you looking for? A. 4-6 million which will make them fully operation, not just start up like some of the other companies. summery: Nothing has changed. It can happen at any time and when it does it will be big.
