Silicon Systems will bring TI down in Q1 and Q2 98. This wholly owned subsidiary of TI can't control costs due to weak management in there Santa Cruz operations. Asia and DRAM concerns have been factored into upcoming expectations. Silicon Systems has not. You should be worried. There will be a downside surprise. Bill
