Risky, happy to say that I bought COGIF during today's "sale." Not happy to report that I also own CHRZ (and kicking myself for failing to sell after the recent contract announcement and lack of follow through). I've been impressed with COGIF's acquisitions, their strong balance sheet, and post 2000 business plan. Thanks for your posts. Sally
