Anyone else experience any Waterhouse ATM card quirks? Yesterday, my wife tried to withdraw $40, and got what she thinks was an "insufficient funds" message. Yet the balance in the account was more than sufficient to cover the withdrawl, and she's withdrawn several times in the last few weeks with no problems.

The only thing I can think of is that the _cash_ balance may have been negative that day (with a _money market_ balance more than sufficient to cover it.)

Any ideas? Customer service stumped so far.
