Valuation update-Blackhawk, ProStar 5200 and major story (U.S. rag) about to break. Blackhawk in at Future Shop across North America...ProStar 5200 features Gravis Gamepad built in to 16MB RAM 6X CD-ROM laptop at pro-star.com ...extortion, undue influence etc. further alleged and heating up by certain shareholders in re: 9-16-96 Schwab Expedited Message Service American Telegram wherein ACCO blatantly stated non-tender of less than 75% "...would trigger the immediate expiration of the Forbearance Agreement with the bank...currently represents the only option to maintain the Company as a going concern...The Board ...support this belief and recommendation..." On Sept 20 AMB ACCO PYRAMID waived its tender offer requirements and simply became Gravis' largest shareholder with 73.6% (DOW JONES NEWS 09-20-96 4:40 PM EDT)...
