Touchstone Applied Sciences (NASDAQ:TASA) is one of a number of undervalued small-cap stocks which are followed by The Napeague Letter. An in-depth Analysis of TASA can be found at napeague.com

What I do know is that I have been receiving some fairly quiet institutional contacts regarding TASA for some time now, since The Napeague Letter is the only source of research on the Company. Then, Everin Securities gave a presentation on the educational industry at the NYSSA yesterday, although TASA was not presented itself. I also know that a smaller institution reportedly came into the market this morning at 10:00 AM and took down 50,000 shares.

What I sense happened this morning is that an undercurrent of interest in TASA had built up over the last month or two, and that the early buying triggered a buying frenzy.
