It's a bit late to come to the conclusion that pooling can have a negative effect on stock price, especially if anyone was concerned about it and invested after the Andyne acquisition. If data warehousing product represents 20% of the overall revenue then the company did not overpay. I know all about this stuff but it is more fruitful to look to the future. Past performance is history. April 22 is key. Martin
