I didn't know "JC" (Jimmy Chin) was planning to close one deal a month. Since I figure 1Q98 will be profitable, he must have started this year with one or two deals producing call volume. At 1M/month/deal that makes his revenue for CY98...$66M...WOW! Somebody slap me...looks like we will have a nice Christmas gift if he pulls it off.
