Hi guys, I'm still watching with amusement as I have not had the guts to take a position. However I do have a lot of unfortunate experience with convertibles. The key question is what is the floor price for conversion. If there is no floor then $2 will not hold it. Because of the mathematics of floorless convertibles once they get started they tend to take out all support. If it is a floorless then even a dollar may not hold and it could easily go down to 30-50c. I have seen this happen repeatedly with bulletin board stocks and in all honesty this company doesn't sound too much better than your typical sleazoid bb company. So everything now hinges on what the convertible provision is in the loan. If it is floorless or the floor is very low I would advise everyone to get out at once. Looks like the shorts are going to get rich on this one.
