I do know and follow Tokyo Joe, this is what we call "play of the day", Pretty much 80% of the morning buys have sold off as have I.
The stock will probably drop off a bit and stabilize over the next few days, Usually Tokyo Joe buys on anticipation of news or just another quality undervalued company, such as the news of insiders in the company buying back shares hence the stock rises on momentum.
