All : Last word on Hackworth CRUS position? It looks as if the Vickers information is bogus. According to the SEC (S-1/A 01/28/98), Hackman has 273,784 actual shares. (1,363,784 - 1,090,000 options) Last year, he received 150,000 options @ $19.375, expiration date 09/25/06 Thanks to Ken Millard for leading me back to the SEC filing. w.
