Hey Charles,

I spoke with Bill, Bo and Spencer over the past two days. Even though there seems to be a lot of concern that the company is lacking cash flow, they all want to assure you that they have enough to finish the job.

Certainly they would like to attract even more big investors in order to provide the capital to pursue their business plan and apparently the indicators would lead me to believe that they have had some serious interest. However, since they have enough cash to finish the processor, Bill doesn't feel any pressure to do a deal that isn't favorable to shareholder value. (Remember, he and family are the largest shareholders in GRNO.)

Bill didn't seem to express any concern to me and is very focused on the commencement of operations in Dec. When that occurs, everyone and their grandmas are going to be knocking on GRNO's doors BEGGING to be a part of this company. I plan on being one of those who benefit the most because I BELIEVE in this company and Bill Carraway. Left the other fellows pay a substantial premium for their timidity...

DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! Then you will feel confident that Bill and GRNO can do what they say they can... With enough capital, combined with the unique simplicity and PROPRIETARY COMPLEXITY(ie. software) of the unit, construction can be readily expanded over the next 12-24 months. However, I still believe that that Bo O'Brien's analysis is close. He thinks $1/share earnings in 12 months.... after that, who knows.

Regards,

Ron
