Jim P., I don't recall an example of where CPQ was able to "hurt" DELL's quarter. I'm not too concerned about the importance of the PC100 in terms of making the quarter anyway. DELL will continue to capitalize on its business model to steal market from CPQ et al, regardless of what happens. Perhaps it was CPQ's "prebuilding" of units that is partially to blame on the current woes there???
