Bryan, Very interesting hypothesis, and one that should be explored further. Nutcracker has been told that Huttoe didn't even know how to fill out S-8's, and as a matter of fact, he filled out the wrong form. S-8's are issued to foreign investors when a company needs cash real quick. They are usually issued at about 20-40% of the market value of the stock at the time of issuence. Hence, even if the stock tanks, the foreign investor is pretty much guaranteed a profit in 40 days. Kinda nuts hun. Well Huttoe didn't even fill out the right forms folks. He should not have been issueing S-8's to all these consultants, but he did. A true fucking genious. Nutcracker's was never too impressed with his character, drinking behavior, and tendency to shoot his mouth off. Unfortunatley, Nutcracker overlooked this red flag because he believed the company really did have something going for it. Nutcracker still believes this to some extent, but it will take some time to rebuild credibility in all of our minds. Hopefully, Ken will provide the structure and guidance to make this company successful. Your truly, Captain Nutcracker
