Yeah - I believe that Mark heard that from JC - one deal
a month - right Mark? I think the one we already have
for 1 million/mo is a small one compared to others that
are possible in various countries. So - I'd wager to say
that the average deal will be larger than that (perhaps much
larger) on average. Listen - you are talking about a *******
telecom company that covers a whole country or 1/2 of a country.
Do you have any idea how much call volume that is?

You have to understand that DGIV partners with state-run or government-run telecomm cos or the only telecom company in a given
country (or one of two etc.) -- That is their target market. Each one of them
is huge. They go with DGIV because DGIV gives them a better
deal than anyone else could (if they were even there).
Equity and part of the revenues from the call volume.
It's a win/win for both.

The 1 mill./mo deal was small. The others should be even
bigger. Assuming 30 million this yr in revenues -
and market cap of 24 million right now - price of 4x6 million outstanding..
the Market cap/revenues ratio is .8 Slow growing companies
such as AT&T - it's 3-4ish -- Many companies in this industry -
it's anywhere from 20-150. PE is a mere 20 here - yet I anticpate
(ok lets not say 800 - lets say 400 & be conservative -- 400% growth in revenues year to year) PE should be at least 200 (400 if you want to match growth rate - but I am being conservative)
Thus - stock should be selling at 40 if revenues are validated
at 30 million in '98 with earnings at 21 cents.

Bye for today...mull the above over in your head
- ding ding?.... cha ching
