it's a waste of time. Only the lawyers make out. Stock's for sale. Assets have tremendous value. Why drain them with a scheme to make the lawyers rich. Don't businesses fail to stay profitable due to market conditions, etc. Where's the mis-management in this company. I guess we should blame Intel's multi-billion dollar clout and dominance on desk-top chip's as a plaintiff reason for your suit. Secondly, they bought the audio division 3.5 years ago for $3.3 million and sold it for $14.5 million plus warrants this year. In other words, why blame them for something out of their control. As usual no compliments for good business decisions and plenty of knocks for failures. Do you really want to make millions for the lawyers while collecting $30 - 50 bucks 2 years from now for yourself? Who do you think pays the lawyers? OPTI FUNDS. This lowers book value alot more than the few bucks you make back.
