Mel, thankyou for the informative response. Don't know much about law, but I do now have somewhat of an idea on the Markman hearing. Sounds like to me then, they stand a pretty good chance. Even if they don't win a 100%. I plan on increasing my position next week during the election, hoping the market sells off somewhat... E-Data may follow as well temporarily. This is one of the most exciting stocks I've seen yet. And to think this is still, the begining. Paul D.
